The site does not take bets, hold accounts or handle payments, so questions about a bet or a withdrawal go to the bookmaker’s own support.
Reporting a mistake
Corrections are handled first. To speed them up, include:
- The address of the page with the mistake;
- What is wrong and what is correct;
- A source: a bookmaker page, a tournament announcement or a screenshot.
Confirmed corrections are published with a new update date on the page. Ratings and predictions follow the rating and prediction methodology.
Response times
Corrections are usually answered within two working days, other questions within five.
