Teams and seeding
All 32 teams at the Singapore Major
Who starts where, who plays for whom and which teams have the shortest road to the trophy. 18 teams from Europe, 9 from the Americas and 5 from Asia-Pacific.
Stage 1 teams
Sixteen teams open the Major on 24 November. Only eight survive to Stage 2, and opening matches are best-of-one.
Stage 2 teams
Eight seeded teams wait here from 28 November for the Stage 1 survivors. Several former Major champions start at this point.
Stage 3 teams
The eight top seeds enter on 2 December. Every series is best-of-three, and eight teams reach the playoffs in the arena.
Teams to watch
Six teams with the strongest Major record or form. Their starting stage matters: Stage 3 seeds play fewer series and skip the best-of-one openers.
Stage 3
Team Falcons
Swept FURIA 3–0 in the IEM Cologne Major final in June 2026 and arrive as the defending champions.
Stage 3
Team Vitality
Won both Majors of 2025, in Austin and Budapest. No CS2-era roster has closed out more Major finals.
Stage 3
MOUZ
Top of the Valve standings on 2 November 2026 with the most points in the field, and fourth in the HLTV ranking.
Stage 3
FURIA
Reached the Cologne final and lead the HLTV world ranking. Brazil’s strongest chance of a Major title in years.
Stage 2
The MongolZ
Asia’s flag-bearers and 2025 Austin finalists. A short trip and a home-continent crowd could help.
Stage 1
FaZe Clan
Finalists in three of the last five Majors, but they must come all the way through Stage 1 this time.
Line-ups change. Roster moves, stand-ins and visa issues can shift team strength late, so check the news before placing outright bets.
